What happens after issuance, and how to make the most of the twelve months it's valid for.
Four things worth knowing.
You'll receive your Verified Application by email.
Along with it, a Verification Summary — a plain-language statement of exactly what was confirmed, by what method, and on what date. This is the document you'll be submitting, not just a receipt.
Submit it through each program's own process.
Your Verified Application doesn't apply to a program on your behalf. You still apply directly, through that program's own intake — you're just including a completed, verified packet instead of assembling one from scratch for that specific program.
Reuse it for every program you apply to.
It's valid for twelve months from issuance, with no per-submission fee and no re-verification. Apply to one program or several — the same packet works for all of them, for as long as it's valid.
Update it if something changes.
New USMLE scores, an additional letter of recommendation, refreshed health screening — request an update and it's re-issued with a new timestamp, at no additional charge, during the validity period.
The application decision is always the program's.
USClinX confirms that your documentation is complete and verified. It does not evaluate your candidacy, and it can't tell you in advance whether a specific program will accept you. That decision, and the criteria behind it, belong entirely to the program you apply to.
