Ready before you reach out.
Build your observership packet once, get it verified, and contact any program with everything its coordinator needs already confirmed. Your Verified Application isn't limited to programs that have formally adopted USClinX.
Every program asks for roughly the same things.
Answers their questions before they ask.
Diploma, transcript, ECFMG status, USMLE history, immunizations, background screening — a coordinator would otherwise request, receive, and check every one of these individually. Your Verified Application shows up with all of it already confirmed, dated, and documented.
Comes with its own audit trail.
Every element carries the date and method it was verified by. A coordinator doesn't have to take your word for it, or chase it down themselves — the Verification Summary states plainly what was confirmed and how.
Costs you nothing extra to share.
Whether you're contacting one program or five, it's the same file each time. No new fee, no reassembling documents in a different format for each program.
Get verified when you start reaching out.
Gather what you control.
Your CV, a personal statement of 250 to 1,500 words, two to four letters of recommendation dated within the past twenty-four months, and a passport valid at least six months past your planned observership.
Time your health records.
TB screening has to fall within twelve months of your planned start date. Your immunization record needs to be dated, and signed by a provider or issued by an institution.
Verify, then reach out.
Your Verified Application is valid for twelve months from issuance. If a document ages out while it's valid, update it and the application is re-issued at no additional charge.
A first email that does the work for you.
Replace the bracketed items, attach your Verified Application PDF, and send it to the program's observership coordinator. If the program has its own application form, complete that too and attach your Verified Application wherever it asks for documents. Formal adoption isn't a prerequisite — the value is in the packet itself.

If you provided liability coverage or compliance training, add them to the list in the second paragraph.
One program has adopted it as their standard outright.
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center accepts the Verified Application as its credential intake standard — no separate document assembly required. View their observership program ↗. More programs are adopting the standard directly over time. Everywhere else, the Verified Application still does the heavy lifting.
