Every program application asks for some combination of your CV, diploma, transcript, background check, and immunization records. Attach your Verified Application and Verification Summary alongside whatever else that program requires, and you've just handed their coordinator a complete, pre-verified answer instead of a stack of documents to chase down and check one by one. Formal adoption isn't a prerequisite — the value is in the packet itself.
One program has adopted it as their standard outright.
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center accepts the Verified Application as its credential intake standard — no separate document assembly required. View their observership program ↗.
