1. Our Commitment

USClinX, LLC is committed to making usclinx.com and the USClinX Verified Application service accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort. We have not yet completed a formal accessibility audit, and we acknowledge that some areas of the site may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are committed to continuous improvement and to addressing accessibility barriers as they are identified.

§

2. Measures We Are Taking

  • Designing new features and content with accessibility in mind from the outset.
  • Using semantic HTML structure to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and background elements throughout the site.
  • Providing descriptive text alternatives for non-text content where applicable.
  • Ensuring keyboard navigability for all interactive elements.
  • Planning a formal WCAG 2.1 AA audit prior to the launch of the applicant portal.
§

3. Known Limitations

As of the effective date of this statement, we are aware of the following limitations:

  • A formal third-party accessibility audit has not yet been completed. Some elements may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • The Verification Methodology PDF has not been audited for PDF accessibility. Users who require an accessible version may contact us and we will provide the content in an alternative format.
  • The application form (hosted on Tally) is subject to Tally's own accessibility posture. We are evaluating Tally's conformance and will seek alternatives if accessibility gaps are identified.
§

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of usclinx.com. If you experience any barriers to access, or if you require content in an alternative format, please contact us:

6. Technical Specifications

usclinx.com relies on HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA. The site is designed to be compatible with screen readers (including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver), keyboard-only navigation, and browser zoom up to 200%.

§

7. Assessment Approach

USClinX assesses accessibility through ongoing self-evaluation during development, and a planned formal WCAG 2.1 AA audit prior to the launch of the applicant portal. Audit results will be used to update this statement and address identified gaps.

§

8. Updates to This Statement

This statement will be reviewed and updated following any significant change to the website or the application portal, following the results of a formal accessibility audit, and at minimum on an annual basis.
